Market Vendors

We are currently accepting vendor applications for our Outdoor Spring Market on Saturday, May 16th at our Dayton Taproom! This event will be a block party-style celebration of our 12th anniversary – featuring our beer trailer pouring outside, burgers and hot dogs on the grill, yard games for kids, and an afternoon of shopping local and bringing the community together to enjoy great beer, food, and local makers.

Market Day & Time:
Saturday, May 16th | 12:00pm-4:00pm
Dayton Taproom at 26 Wyandot Street

Setup Time:
10:00am-12:00pm

Tear Down:
4:00pm – 5:00pm
(with the goal of having the lot cleared by 6:00pm for regular Saturday night business)

Before Applying, Please Read Through These Details

• Vendors may sell only items they plant, grow, cultivate, produce, invent, or create.
• No network marketing or promo-only tents/vendors.
• We’re looking for makers, bakers, artisans, handcrafted goods, and curated vintage or vintage clothing vendors.
• Food vendors are limited to farmers market- style items (e.g., baked goods, jams, packaged goods). No food trucks or hot food vendors.
• There is no fee to participate. In exchange for the space, we ask that vendors help promote the event on their website and/or social media channels.
• Vendors must provide all of their own display materials, including tables and chairs. Outdoor vendors are required to have a pop-up tent (8×8, 10×10, or 12×12). If you have a different setup requirement, please let us know in advance; however, we are not able to supply tents or display equipment.
• Due to the volume of applications, limited space, and our goal of curating a well-rounded and unique mix of vendors, only selected applicants will be contacted for this event.
• All applications will be kept on file and we may reach out for future opportunities.
