Job Description:

Warped Wing Brewing Company, is a fun, fast-paced, growing brewery headquartered in the heart of Dayton, OH. We are looking for a self-directed, organized, enthusiastic individual who loves hospitality to join our team as the Taproom Manager at our Huber Heights location opening Spring/Summer of 2023. Must have a positive attitude and be ready to work hard and have fun. Due to the nature of the business we have multiple special events a year. Must be flexible and proactive in the planning and execution of said events.

Reports to: 

•  General Manager

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)

• Coordinating the draught beer list
• Ordering beer, liquor, and mixers
• Ordering bar consumables, paper products, and any nonfood items
• Helping to develop monthly cocktails
• Scheduling of the Taproom’s FOH staff 
• Assist in the hiring and training of Taproom staff and maintaining appropriate staffing levels 
• Filling in as needed behind the bar in the event we are not appropriately staffed (call-offs/special events/etc)
• Monthly inventory counts 
• Overseeing and developing hourly managers 
• Assisting with the booking of the event space and communicating the information and details to the appropriate parties. 
• Assisting with all special events, releases and other events outside the day to day 
• Responsible for the merchandise display – restocking, organizing, presentation, etc. 
• Responsible for ensuring daily operations are operating at a high level. Cleanliness, ticket times, guest satisfaction, sales and labor, employee morale, etc.

• Basic computer skills 
• Previous management experience a plus but not required
