Job Description:
Warped Wing Brewing Company, is a fun, fast-paced, growing brewery headquartered in the heart of Dayton, OH. We are looking for a self-directed, organized, enthusiastic individual who loves hospitality to join our team as Assistant Kitchen Manager at our new Warped Wing Taproom opening Spring/Summer of 2023 in Huber Heights. Must have a positive attitude and be ready to work hard and have fun. Due to the nature of the business we have multiple special events a year. Must be flexible and proactive in the planning and execution of said events.

Reports to: 

• Kitchen Manager

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)

• Manage inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service
• Hire new staff and providing training to facilitate quick acclimation
• Streamline kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times
• Work with the Culinary Director & Kitchen Manager to develop and maintain the restaurant menu
• Set regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and verify that staff is
  maintaining sanitation lev
• Create schedules for all kitchen staff
• Maintain a culture of teamwork and cooperation

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Detail oriented 
• Basic computer skills 
• Previous management experience a plus but not required
